Decolonization is as flawed a concept as reparations
To be noted: I am in favor of both. Big time.
For a little context, by day, I work in the area of so-called global development. As most who work in that sphere will tell you, provided they haven’t entirely sold their soul to the devil, it is a bureaucratic jungle within which getting anything past seven layers of red tape is a daily battle.
